Quick version: Install gtkpod-acc using aptitude or apt-get. Install MMC – run from extracted folder’s bin folder. Convert videos using MMC, specify iPhone/iPod for the conversion. Use gtkpod to ADD FILE to your iPod. SAVE CHANGES to sync. Full version (sister site – with a few screenshots)
